Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your paid period. After that, your account reverts to free preview mode — you can still browse but cannot access full course content.
How does pricing work in my local currency?
Nigerian users see fixed Naira prices that are independently set — not a market-rate conversion — to keep PAMCET genuinely affordable locally. Everyone else automatically sees prices converted from USD into their own local currency at the current exchange rate, so you can pay in a currency you recognise.
What is the Lifetime plan?
Pay once and get access forever — no recurring charges. This is a Founding Member offer limited to 100 seats. Once sold out, lifetime plans will not be available again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. In accordance with our Terms & Refund Policy, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscriptions and a 14-day refund window on yearly and lifetime plans (subject to platform usage terms).
What is included in Team plans?
Team plans allow you to manage learning across your entire school, company, or study group under one subscription. Team Standard supports up to 15 members, while Team Ultimate supports unlimited members. Both include a centralized workspace dashboard to assign courses, inspect member quiz scorecards and assignment reviews, track real-time learning progress, and manage parent/sponsor monitoring tokens.
