Team Instructor Terms and Conditions

These Team Instructor Terms and Conditions govern the participation of organisations, companies, institutions, and teams publishing courses on the PAMCET platform, operated by Digitpen Hub Ltd. By submitting a team instructor application and publishing courses on PAMCET, the team representative agrees to this Agreement on behalf of the entire team.

1. Eligibility and Team Registration

To register as a team instructor on PAMCET, you must:

  • Be a registered business, educational institution, or organised professional team
  • Designate an authorised team representative (Team Admin) who will manage the account
  • Ensure all team members comply with this Agreement and PAMCET general Terms and Conditions
  • Provide accurate business details during the registration process
  • Maintain a valid business payment account for receiving earnings

2. Team Account Management

  • The Team Admin is responsible for managing team member access, course quality, and compliance with this Agreement
  • Team members may be granted specific roles such as course creator, reviewer, or support at the discretion of the Team Admin
  • PAMCET communicates officially with the Team Admin who is responsible for relaying information to team members
  • The Team Admin is liable for the actions of all team members operating under the team account

3. Course Creation and Quality Standards

Team instructors agree to:

  • Publish courses that meet or exceed PAMCET quality standards for video, audio, and content accuracy
  • Ensure all course materials are original and do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Maintain course content and update it regularly to reflect current industry standards
  • Provide timely and professional responses to student questions and feedback
  • Accurately represent team credentials, organisational background, and course outcomes
  • Submit courses for review in accordance with PAMCET course approval process

4. Revenue Share and Payments

  • Team instructors receive a negotiated revenue share based on course volume, category, and agreement with PAMCET at the time of onboarding
  • Revenue share terms may be reviewed and updated annually with 30 days written notice
  • Earnings are calculated on net revenue after payment processing fees, applicable taxes, and refunds
  • Monthly payouts are made to the team registered payment account once the minimum threshold is reached
  • The team is solely responsible for distributing earnings among team members internally
  • PAMCET may withhold payment pending investigation of disputes, refund claims, or suspected violations

5. Intellectual Property

  • The team retains ownership of all course content created and published under the team account
  • By publishing on PAMCET, the team grants Digitpen Hub Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, stream, distribute, promote, and sublicense course content through the PAMCET platform
  • PAMCET may use the team name, logo, and course materials for marketing and promotional purposes
  • The team warrants that it has the right to grant the above licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights

6. Branding and Exclusivity

  • Teams may use their own branding within course content provided it does not conflict with PAMCET brand guidelines
  • PAMCET does not require exclusivity for team instructors; however, teams must not actively promote competing platforms within their PAMCET courses
  • Any co-branding or partnership announcements involving PAMCET require prior written approval

7. Prohibited Conduct

Team instructors must not:

  • Direct students away from PAMCET to purchase courses or services elsewhere
  • Collect, store, or misuse students personal data outside the scope of course delivery
  • Publish misleading, discriminatory, harmful, or illegal course content
  • Manipulate course ratings, reviews, or enrolment figures
  • Allow unauthorised third parties to access or operate the team account

8. Suspension and Termination

PAMCET reserves the right to suspend or terminate a team instructor account for violations of this Agreement, sustained poor course quality, or conduct detrimental to the platform or its learners. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, enrolled students retain access to courses for the duration of their enrolment, and outstanding earnings will be settled within 60 days subject to applicable deductions.

9. Liability

Digitpen Hub Ltd is not liable for any claims arising from inaccuracies in team course content, or for disputes between team members regarding earnings distribution. The team indemnifies PAMCET against any third-party claims arising from course content published under the team account.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
